*Review* AG Minis VS Pleasant Company Minis - Differences

I love all of my mini dolls, but I am particularly fond of Molly. She is a 1995 Pleasant Company with acrylic eyes. She is the only PC mini doll I have.

In fact, Psst! Don't tell the others, but I am hoping to get more acrylic eyed minis.

In my doll scene posts Molly can look a little small next to the other dolls, but she makes up for it with personality! I wanted to discuss the distinct difference between the AG and PC minis. 

First lets really look at the PC minis.

AG Mini Dolls

Side by side you can see the difference in my PC Molly and AG Emily. The skin tone is different, Molly's nose is thinner and of course Molly's eyes are acrylic with straight lashes while Emily's are painted on with feathered lashes. Also Molly is 6" tall and Emily is 6.5" tall.

The detail in the fingers are non existent on Emily!

Doll Room *Update*

I had to move all of the mini structures to a separate room. Now Liberty Towne is housed in it's own room (aka the office).

This photo is taken from the desk on the opposite corner. At least it's a self contained town. 

I still need to find a spot for the blue house.

TBT - More Doll House Footage

FOUND!

More bad quality footage from 2002. 
New living room furniture added.

Here are screen shots.

 

We added a cherry wood love seat, hutch, piano and desk with chair. 

The McDonald's Happy Meal Barbies and Spice Girls are living in this house. LOL!

The dining room is the same and Balto is still the household pet.

 

We added a wooden bed upstairs.

 

The bathroom is the same.

We put the old living room furniture outside, I like it much better.

 

Again I apologize for the lack of quality in these images. Because I never took photos of this house project, I have to take these from the VHS video.
