Yes, MY LIFE AS.... at Walmart has a few furniture pieces for mini dolls. Also Barbie items work well and older wood furniture for 8" dolls can fit well. In my doll house, Felicity has a double sized bed that I bought for her form a miniatures store online.
Clothing: Auntie Robin on etsy makes custom clothes. Moxie Girlz and some Barbie items in spandex and elastic waist items can fit minis.
