*NEWS* GOTY 2015 Mini Doll Placeholder + My GOTY Minis

GOTY 2015 has her own marker for mini doll.

 

I have three GOTY minis - Isabelle, Saige and my custom Nicki.

Saige was the first ever AG GOTY mini doll! She sold so well they continued with this year's Isabelle. I am looking forward to getting all of the GOTY minis as they are released.

I created Nicki using a Kirsten mini, and had to add freckles and sew her meet skirt.

I have upgraded her boots. Originally made from felt they are now more sturdy.

I bought a mini Kirsten from eBay then made her into Nicki.

I made her a meet outfit.

She has several modern outfits from Moxie Girls and Barbie.

 

She shares a house with Saige.

Molly was very specific when she asked Nicki to help organize the Parade. First thing she did was make a list of participants then assigned them individual duties. She knew she has to get the horses dressed.

She wrapped their front legs and hung patriotic decorations from their necks.

Picasso was very gentle and he didn't mind all the fuss, he missed Saige too.

 

Burt didn't like the sparkle Garland AT ALL! He whinnied and bucked his head then finally calmed once Nicki brushed his coat. 

"Ah I hope we can make it through the Parade without a hitch!" Nicki said.

Taming Nicki's Hair

Molly has put Nicki in charge of the parade and that means horses!!

In the meantime I had a look at Nicki's hair and it has gotten a little....well..out of control!

*Isabelle and Saige at Hart Dance Studio*

Nicki went into the kitchen after she heard Saige leave with Isabelle.

 

 "Wow those two sure do have a lot in common."

 

 And to think Saige was so worried and nervous to meet her knowing they were going to camp together this summer."

 

 "This is it! This is where I practice."

"I love this fluffy tutu!"

 

"Here is the dance barre and mirror."

 

 "What's this mat for?"

"Oh that's where I do warm up stretches and Pilate's."

 

 "You should come by one day so I can show you a few ballet positions."

"OK. It looks like we will be going to camp together this year. Are you excited?" Asked Saige.

"Yes! It will be my first time. I know you've already been, so who better to show me around?"

*Isabelle Visits Nicki and Saige*

Both Nicki and Saige are excited to have Isabelle over.

 

"Isabelle, I wanted to show you something I found on the blog Snickerdoodle Street."

"Oh I've heard of this blog. It's about mini dolls right?"

 

"Right. And there's a lot about you already!" Said Saige.

"Yes, but did you hear that McDonald's is going to be having mini dolls of YOU inside their Happy Meals??" Asked Nicki.

 

"What???"

 

"OMGoodness! Are you serious??? Wow!"

"Yes it's the first time ever that a GOTY has been featured." Said Saige.

 "2009 they had AG Happy Meals with Historical Characters," explained Nicki.

When do they come out?" Asked Isabelle.

"May 23, just before Memorial Day." Answered Nicki.

 "Hey Isabelle, here are a few of my paintings."

 

 

"Oh my! I have seen them inside the AG catalogs, but never in person. They're so beautiful Saige."

 

"Thank you."

 

"You know what would be fun? If I showed the two of you around the dance studio!"

 

"That sounds fun, we haven't been by it yet."

"You two go ahead, I have a lot of chores still left to do." Said Nicki.

*Meeting Isabelle*

Nicki accompanied Saige to finally go and meet GOTY 2014 Isabelle. They are very nervous.

 

"Hi, I'm Saige."

"So nice to get to meet you! I'm Isabelle."

 

 

"And this is GOTY 2007 Nicki."

"Hi Nicki, thanks for stopping by."

 

"Oh my gosh whose sketch book?"

 

"Oh that's mine."

 

"I know you like to paint Saige, trust me my sketches don't compare to your artwork." 

 

"Oh wow these are amazing Isabelle!"

"Oh thank you..." Isabelle was flattered.

 

"Come on I'll show you my room upstairs."

 

 

"Wow it's really pink. Where are all of your tutus?"

"Oh I have a few in my dance bag and others at the dance studio."

"Oh this tiara is beautiful." Said Nicki.

"Thank you. I wear it when I perform."

"Hey! Would you like to come over to our house?" Asked Saige.

"Sure, I'd love to!"

"Yes Saige wants to show you her artwork and I want to show you something I found online."
