How to Make - Mini Doll Kiddie Pool

Make an above ground kiddie pool for your 4" - 6" mini dolls

Using an emptied shallow Swiffer container, tear off the wrapper and remove the lid. You can create an outdoor scene using props: mini grass, trees, bushes, chairs and picnic tables.

This makes a nice sized rectangular wading pool for summer fun and splashing good times. Use this with dolls like Kelly, Chelsea, OG mini dolls and the new Beforever mini dolls. Any doll with all vinyl bodies and rooted hair can get wet in this kiddie pool!

How to Make a Mini Tire Swing

Old fashioned tire swings provided hours of summer fun! Let's make our own for AG mini dolls.

Supplies:

Coffee mug
Pencil
Scissors
Black craft foam sheet - thick
Craft glue or hot glue
Twine or yarn

Directions:
Trace the bottom of the coffee mug onto the black foam sheet, make two, then cut them out.

Trace a smaller hole in the center, I used a small vitamin bottle. Cut out the center.

Glue the black foam sheets together, allow to dry.

Once dry, tie you string around the tire in 3 places, securing each with glue. Allow to dry.

Once dry, tie the string together at the top. Now hang it on the branch of a plant or small tree.

My full size dolls just scored a plastic pool!

How to Make - Round Mini BBQ Grill

We already showed you how to make a picnic table

Now it's time to make a BBQ grill for mini dolls 4" - 6" tall.

Supplies:
  • Plastic egg
  • Paint
  • 4 beads
  • Paper clip
  • 8 toothpicks
  • Hot glue
Cut the sharp tips off of the toothpicks. Hot glue beads onto the bottom of the egg, insert and glue the toothpicks inside.

Glue three toothpick pieces to the legs of the grill for more support.

Glue a bead to the top next to the small hole in the egg. Thread the paper clip through the hole in the lid and the bead to form a loop handle.

Flatten the edges of toothpicks and begin gluing to form grill grates. Paint the egg and toothpicks.

Don't forget to make food.

Supplies:
  • Toothpicks
  • Beads
  • Hot Glue

Or cut out circles of brown craft foam and make grill marks by using a thin sharpie to make burgers.

Camping Tent for Minis and Fashion Dolls

Are your mini dolls or Barbie dolls going to camp? Or maybe you just need a tent for when you go camping this summer and need a tent for your dolls. At Dollar Tree there are 17" x 17" FOOD TENTS that can act as room tents for mini dolls.

Mini Isabelle and Saige just got their sleeping bags ready and you can see how roomy the tent is!

It can definitely hold more than two dolls or a couple of Barbie, Monster High, Ever After High and Blythe dolls.
