Lace fans were a part of Samantha's Party Treat set. It so very easy to make your own lace fans for mini Samantha.

Supplies:
- Toothpicks
- Lace trim
- Glue
Directions:
- Trim toothpicks to size for mini doll hands.
- Arrange toothpicks in a fan position gluing at the base.
- Measure a piece of lace trim, glue onto all of the toothpicks.
- Add an embellishment or ribbon at the base.
*Optional - you may choose to paint the toothpicks before gluing or leave them natural.
