Supplies:

• Sticker
• Card stock
• Foam core board
• Thin ribbon or cording
• Xacto knife
• Glue

Place a heart sticker on a piece of red card stock.  Carefully cut out around the sticker, leaving a border of red around the sticker

Cut a second heart the same size out of the card stock.  Trace the sticker heart onto the foam core, then draw a slightly smaller heart inside of it.  Carefully cut out the smaller heart with an Xacto knife.

Glue ribbon or trim around the outside edge of the heart.  (Tip:   It's easiest to start and end the strip in the crook at the top of the heart.)

 Glue the foam core board heart on top of the plain red heart.

Glue the heart with the sticker to the top.
